Excellent care provided at CVS minute clinic. Nurse Practioner, also contacted me several days after my visit to check in on my progress, which added level of quality care to my medical status. I will use this service in a pinch as needed.
It was very easy to make an appointment you were seen in a very timely manner, and the nurse practitioner or Alice Moy is a credit to staff. She has a wonderful bedside manner. She is very professional, caring and concerned about the patients health
I had a 10:00 AM appointment today and arrived early to check in at 9:45 AM. Another individual arrived after me as a walk-in (she clearly stated this) and was told the clinic was running behind. However, at 10:05 AM, the provider chose to see the walk-in patient next, completely bypassing my scheduled time slot. When I asked for clarification, the provider was incredibly dismissive, stating she was running behind and adding, "I don't know what to tell you."
