I checked in 5 minutes early for my appointment and waited 50 minutes before being seen.
Awful. My son had a 6pm appointment today (8/28) and we came 15 minutes early. We waited for one hour, with ten other people waiting. No PA/Physician was there to take any of us. We sat there waiting for that long, waiting for a Dr. who never showed up (even after we had an appointment online/filled out online paperwork). Appalling how this clinic is being run. We had to leave and now we have to find a different clinic.
Thrilled with my experience at the Landmark minute clinic location!! My first time at a minute clinic and will definitely be back when needed. Convenient, easy to schedule and be seen. My provider, Emily, was amazing, she was knowledgeable, thorough, professional and friendly. Highly recommend!!!
Made an appointment two days before and got there 10 minutes before the appointment time. Had to wait an extremely long time because they took all the walk ins ahead of me. What’s the point of scheduling an appointment if you just have to come as a walk in anyways and wait?
I took my son to receive a meningitis vaccine. The practioner was accommodating and friendly. I definitely would recommend this Minute clinic to anyone.
