Don’t really want to rate them but just so everyone knows that there minute clinic has been closed 2-3 weeks according to a worker so they have been sending people that make appointments to the 3440 W Glendale location or other closest location! Just wanted to save you guys a trip from booking an appointment and going to this location
Not open any more don't waste your time
The most disrespectful person I have had to deal with in a long time. As soon as I told her (Sandra Bass) I am not vaccined for covid her demeanor changed, and she started talking down to me. I don't care about her double masked bigotry but don't disrespect me or others for your beliefs. I will never come here again.
I scheduled an appointment online around 7am and got a confirmation via email with no issues. When I arrived to my appointment, they rejected me without notifying me in advance that they weren't taking certain patients at this time. Notify your patients next time, so they can find somewhere else to avoid time wasted like I've experienced today.
My experience was amazing. First things first let me start off by saying it’s SUPER CLEAN staff definitely keep themselves and the area sanitary. I had to get my blood drawn and ANN the RN on site was AMAZING. She was very gentle. 10/10 .. highly recommend this site.
