I had the TB test taken which was fine but then the nurse had scheduled me the following appointment to read my results. The appointment was booked for a day the clinic was closed! I needed this test for work and could not start on the proper date because of the incompetence of a nurse

Priscilla Tran was fabulous! I didn't have an appointment but she called the people on the schedule to see if they were coming. When she confirmed they weren't coming she got me right in. She was thorough, kind and helpful. I was feeling horrible and she got me in and out quickly. Thank you so much!
had quite possibly the worst day in my life before i came here. i was running late and my appointment had automatically cancelled, but dorothy smith was able to admit me anyways. she was kind and professional in spite of how frazzled i was at the time. i even forgot a piece of paperwork and she found time for me to come back later and write it up for me. yeah, the prices and business practices set by cvs are garbage but it's nice to know that there are good people like dorothy working in that system.
I went in with very bad laryngitis. I was told that even though my laryngitis is bad, and I've been prescribed a short term steroid treatment in the past for the same condition, they could not prescribe steroids for laryngitis, because it's out of their scope of care. She did mention that she could prescribe steroids for bronchitis but not laryngitis. The nurse practitioner said she would send my appointment summary to my regular doctor who could possibly give me a prescription. Totally ridiculous. Then my regular doctor did... read more
