After seeing the bad reviews on google I was skeptical to go in. They ended up not taking select health but I must say my doctor was very professional and kind. She gave me advice on where I could go instead and would recommend.
I had a great experience, the check in on my phone was super easy and looked like they had a kiosk to check in too. I was brought into the office right on time and the staff were able to make accommodations for the abnormal paperwork my employer needed signed. Overall great experience and they really helped me out in a bind
Terrible experience. Walked in for a 1:20 appointment and by the time I was checking in I was told to come back a half hour later because they had closed for lunch. I see why the reviews are so low here.
Overall great experience and better than I thought, the male nurse practitioner who helped me was really nice and sincere! I paid out of pocket so I don’t know what it’s like with insurance involved but the prices were exactly what was on the cvs website. It’s best if you make an appointment rather than walk-in
As someone else stated- this place is a mess. The initial check-in assistant, Krystal, was horribly rude, why does it feel like I’m inconveniencing you by making you do your job? She kept saying “this is the busiest day we’ve ever had,” when there was no one around waiting- I did a walk in appointment and was immediately gotten in- if it’s your busiest day, why was I able to get in so fast?
