I took my son in for some shots not offered at Sutter Health. The staff asked if I am under the same coverage as my son, which I am. Then they recommended that I get the Covid booster and said that it’s covered by insurance. It wasn’t because they’re out of network and now I’m on the hook for $190 when I could had received it for free. Tried calling to dispute the charge several times and can’t get anyone on the phone. I went in for a routine procedure, upon arrival my vitals were taken and they were not up to par. The doctor refused to take care of me and sent me to ER. I was very upset at the time having to go to ER due to the fact I felt there was nothing wrong with me. With her refusal to work on me due to my condition ended up being the biggest Blessing of my lifetime at 41 years of age. These ladies literally saved my life!! Complete waste of time. Not a walk in place. When the dirty fingerprint encrusted kiosk was unable to find an appointment the doctor assured me that I could wait as a walk in to be seen, then took the next five people that arrived and signed in after me before begrudgingly trying to get me to use the same kiosk.
Do Not waste your time with these people. They don’t help they just want your money. How do you provide a service but can’t back it up….
