Mikiko was very helpful in figuring out our difficult insurance situation. She took the time to call our insurance in between caring for other patients who had appointments and we were eventually able to get our vaccinations. We appreciate her concern for us not having to pay out of pocket and trying to ensure that we had coverage through our insurance.
The wait times with appointments are crazy what I came for would take less than a minute and I’ve been waiting an hour at the minute clinic.
Came here for vaccines and had a very smooth experience. The provider was nice and everything was clean.
I had to have a TB test done to be Loudoun County Public School employee. The employee, Mikiko, was extremely helpful. I also wanted to know how I could get a complete immunization record in Virginia and she pointed me to the website.
