Always a terrific experience.
I waited an hour past my appointment time, just for the clinician to tell me that I was the one who was late and see me for 2 minutes before sending me on my way. Wouldn’t even send my worst enemy here.
Woke up feeling horrible, next day was worse. Made a same day appt, got in tested positive for Flu, got prescriptions and I less than 24 hrs feeling better already. So easy to go here for care.
Mikiko was very helpful in figuring out our difficult insurance situation. She took the time to call our insurance in between caring for other patients who had appointments and we were eventually able to get our vaccinations. We appreciate her concern for us not having to pay out of pocket and trying to ensure that we had coverage through our insurance.
