The NP, Stephanie, here is wonderful! The wait is worth it to see her!
We tried to check my husband in as he want feeling well. He had a cough and obviously had a fever. But when we told her he is a vet and to file insurance thru the VA. She wouldn't take the time of day to see him. Even tho they claim they see veterans. She claimed she was booked up until 5:30 yet no one was in the waiting area and it wasn't lunch time yet. We went to a real urgent care since the VA is far away. And we had way better care and they filed to the VA for insurance. Please if you are a vet in need of care DO NOT GO... read more
This CVS Minute Clinic refuses to care for veterans. After waiting for almost an hour, they stated they on service tri-care. Even though their website and placks on their walls celebrate their care for veterans. This is a lie. Once I went through a long process of getting information about a DOD number which VA says I don't need, they said they couldn't see me (or even see if they would accept what I had) for another 7 hours. I would have to wait. Don't waste your time. They refuse to honor veterans.
