If you ever have the misfortune of having “Sharita” as your nurse, please do yourself a favor and leave with your self respect intact. Excellent facility. Excellent clinical and admin staff. Great service.
We had an appt set up for vaccines (at the pharmacy) the pharmacist said the pharmacy couldn’t give the vaccine because my son was too young g for the pharmacist to give him his booster and suggested I go to the MinuteClinic- the person working was by herself and very unpleasant. She said make an appt if there are any left (ok she was abrupt but it was later in the day and she was working alone so ok I get that) well I made an appt through the kiosk-for 20 min later. Scheduled an appointment online. Showed up and no one was there. CVS employees had no idea if they were going to show up and said there was no one to call to find out. Waited 30 min, still no one. Other people came for appointments as well. We all gave up and left.
Worst place ever. Our client stated she did not want any tests done and had no health coverage. Doctor sent out testing to lab Corp which was "unauthorized" knowing patient said no and was erroneously billed $403.20. Never go here.
