I brought my son in for a sports physical. Everything was going smoothly with the nurse practitioner until we came to examining my son‘s ears. The nurse practitioner couldn’t visualize the eardrum due to a large amount of earwax so he then went into the cabinets and took out an earwax removal kit and began using it on my son when my son verbally told him multiple times that it hurt and it was very uncomfortable.
