Quick access when you need immediate response verses maybe the alternative of er or waiting for an appointment with primary physician. Love the convenience of getting prescribed medication immediately. Not requiring another trip.
Waste of time, prescribed a thick lidocaine oral solution for tonsillitis, so swollen I cant even get the solution back to my tonsils. Day after visit and I'm worse, they say they can't prescribe antibiotics so " go to urgent care or primary" they " also can't prescribe steroids". Insurance already billed for this visit and they're telling me to go elsewhere. Can't swallow, having to spit saliva into a cup because it hurts so bad. Also have pressure in ears today and swelling in lymph nodes in neck area. They don't care, no ... read more

I was just passing through and it was the best CVS I have ever been to. Was in and out of the minute clinic. Very professional, caring and knowledgeable. She put in my prescription and it was filled before I got to the register. The pharmacy was also amazing in contacting my doctor to get me a refill on another medication I was out of. They were very prompt and understanding. They just don’t know how much they save the day and how grateful I truly am.
