I got charged $630.97 from the minute clinic today. My last appointment in there was 12/02/2025. I paid my copay and gave over my insurance information. All I came in for was a doctor’s note for work since I had a fever. Apparently my insurance information wasn’t put in correctly. Due to the lady that helped me that day, I am now short $700. Quick access when you need immediate response verses maybe the alternative of er or waiting for an appointment with primary physician. Love the convenience of getting prescribed medication immediately. Not requiring another trip.
Waste of time, prescribed a thick lidocaine oral solution for tonsillitis, so swollen I cant even get the solution back to my tonsils. Day after visit and I'm worse, they say they can't prescribe antibiotics so " go to urgent care or primary" they " also can't prescribe steroids". Insurance already billed for this visit and they're telling me to go elsewhere. Can't swallow, having to spit saliva into a cup because it hurts so bad.
