The clinician was awesome. She quickly diagnosed my purpose for the visit. It was about closing time but she made sure she saw me. Can’t begin to tell you how wonderful she was. She prescribed needed medication to help with discomfort and symptoms! I highly recommend Kerri at CVS.
Update 2/20/2026… I just got refunded $600.97. Not even the full amount, but I can’t complain at this point. At least I have my money back. It took nearly 4 weeks. I got charged $630.97 from the minute clinic today. My last appointment in there was 12/02/2025. I paid my copay and gave over my insurance information. All I came in for was a doctor’s note for work since I had a fever. Apparently my insurance information wasn’t put in correctly. Due to the lady that helped me that day, I am now short $700.
