I went to the Minute Clinic because I couldn’t get into my regular practitioner in a needed timeframe. Booking was easy, wait was short, and Tonya Skipper was wonderful as my caregiver. She was kind, caring, respectful and professional. I will definitely visit this location again in the future if needed.
I scheduled a yearly wellness exam and was turned away stating this service could not be performed as the person working was a nurse practitioner and not a physician. This is the reasoning she provided for not performing the service that I scheduled. She stated she did not feel comfortable performing a yearly wellness exam as she did not know me as a patient.
