Shauna and the care team at McGees Minute clinic were fantastic. I was in and out of there within 30 minutes and the space was clean and spacious. I appreciated the techs patience with me as my head was in the process of exploding from sinus pressure and causing me to see double. He helped me find my electronic insurance card in my phone and was so kind and patient.
The current south asian doctor and nurse working there gave exceptional service. They didnt have availability for walk-ins but actually took me in regardless in-between an appointment and got my ear wax irrigated. Very professional and speedy with good service. While I was there it made me forget how bad the american healthcare system is with wait times since they made the process so smoothly
After searching for Covid shots for well over two months and having two separate Walgreens schedule us and then say they had no vaccine when we arrived for our appointments--we were thrilled to find that the Minute Clinic at the McGee's Crossroads CVS was stocked and ready to deliver the vaccine. My husband and I are both over 65 and have conditions that merit covid protection. They couldn't handle a simple physical by putting the date on the physical. I'm guessing that's probably the next thing past being healthy that you need on there. Spent a day trying to get them to finish their job. CVS on 210 in Benson is a no go, all the way around.
