I was traveling and needed to be retested for a UTI. I walked in at 12:45 and no other patients were there in either of the rooms. A doctor came out and I told her I just wanted to test a urine sample after having a UTI a few weeks prior. I showed her the meds I took and explained my symptoms that were still there. She pointed me to the screen on the side and said I could schedule an apt. I asked "Isn't this a walk in clinic?" Three visits in one month. Only got a prescription on the second visit, which did not relieve my respiratory issue. Went to my primary Dr the next day and got first rate care and appropriate meds. I do not recommend the Minute Clinic for anything more than a shot or school physical. Find a real Doctor. You cannot get continuity of care when you see three different people in three visits.
I came in without an appointment and she had taken me in quickly and got me out without issues! Very polite, professional, and knows how to listen! This minute clinic is way better than dealing with the past clinics outside of cvs!
I would leave zero stars if I could the lady dint even look at me she checked all the boxes on the computer and said it was nothing. They then proceed to bill me 271 dollars for nothing.
