We will not be returning and will be making the drive to the Kearney CVS minute clinic after two appoints of having to beg for relief. We took our 2.5 year old daughter in two weeks ago for pink eye and an ear infection due to the recent respiratory illness hitting everyone. It was so easy to be seen my 2 care providers who were really caring. I have a regular doctor that I adore. Sometimes, especially at this time of year it is easier to get scheduled at CVS. There was no waiting, and they made sure that I knew exactly how to care for myself after I left. My home test for influenza A and B and covid was negative, but I felt so bad. I needed to see someone. The testing at c v s showed that I had influenza A. I'm very glad that I chose to see the practitioner's at cvs.
Second time in a month I have visited this NP Melissa. She was caring and compasionate and took the time to listen to my symptoms and help me end my suffering by prescribing the correct drug. It has been less than 24 hours and I feel 50% better. This was the day after Christmas and she was booked solid. I saw her at 5 pm and she did not act like she has been there all day (She was). Erinn the lovely Pharm Assistant quickly filled my meds and answered my Questions so I could get home. Thank you Platte City CVS! 10 Stars!
