The “provider” at minute clinic was rude and disrespectful. If you need a vaccine, make your appt the pharmacist instead.

We have used this Minute Clinic a few times in the last 18 months. Once for my son's driver test physical, small health concerns, etc. These times we worked with Deanna Butcher the NP. She has been amazing. Pleasant demeanor, expert feedback, helpful suggestions and directives. We want to recommend her services and suggest you go there for her care. Quick and efficient service too. Very much appreciate her kind "bedside manner."

Went on a Monday morning to cvs minute clinic, was given an antibiotic ointment for eye infection. I was told if it didn't get better to go to emergency room. 3 days later my eye is worse. I went to urgent care and was given steroid drops by a doctor. I don't have insurance. Wasted $150 at cvs for wrong Diagnosis. Wasted money and days being sick on vacation.

Walked in for my appt and no one was there. Someone who worked there said the Practioner went home because it was “slow.” on the website it gives you multiple time slots for that day so that was a little triggering. Go to kennett, been there twice and it has always been good.
