I went there for my flu and COVID vaccines. My insurance info was provided online before making an appointment. DO NOT GO THERE FOR VACCINES! I thought I was going to the pharmacy. I’ve never had an issue with billing for vaccines. They invoiced me for preservative-free formulation which is not covered by my insurance. My EOB shows that I owe $0, but Minute Clinic is telling me I’m responsible. I have spent HOURS on the phone.
