When I came here to be evaluated for being ill, I was told it was a sinus infection and was given antibiotics to be treated for that. I knew I had a fever based on how warm I was and was told I didn’t have a fever. We also discovered my heart was elevated and I was told to drink fluids. Giving fluids for elevated heart rate is correct however, with all my concerned symptoms of weakness, shortness of breath and confusion, I should have probably been recommend to go to the ER. Arrived at 7:15pm and was refused to be seen. Closing time was 8pm on Google. No other patients there. NP states she had a full schedule and last appointment was at 7:20. It was prior to 7:20 and no other patients there.
Been to this MinuteClinic location twice now. Always available for next day appointments, clean, in and out in 30 minutes. Thankful to Olga and her NP experience.
