Great service rendered from the initial LPN and actual doctor seen. Needed to reach out after taking meds prescribed due to reaction experienced and spoke with Keona (spelling) who as a 'professional ' never introduced herself and refused to simply listen - was rude, talked over me and became increasingly combative, worst Customer Service ever!
