I made an appointment online and was sent reminders by text and email, plus a link to check in when we arrived. We were seen as soon as we checked in (granted, it was a Sunday morning, so maybe this time is usually not busy). Deshawn was AMAZING - very knowledgeable and friendly. Honestly, everything was perfect about this visit.
The nurse practitioner Gladys M. was extremely kind, helpful and professional. My daughter was having her sports physical and had a couple questions that I don’t know the answers to , and NP Gladys was very informative. Thanks again ! Dallas GA location
My husband went there to get seasick meds and they said that they only gave out a meczline prescription which is over the counter Bonine, what made it so bad he went in for the patches and they wouldn’t write that prescription. Our insurance didn’t cover travel visits so we had to pay out of pocket 120 something dollars for her not to even send the prescription over and found out it’s just an over the counter medication that’s like 5 bucks. The nurse and PA were great, but the waiting time was very long, and they weren’t busy.
Appointment was for 4:40pm, I arrived at 4:15 pm it is now 5:15pm and I'm being told there are still 2 people ahead of me. Unacceptable, she/they need to do better. The LPN was nice though that's all I can say.
