No customer service… the eldest lady in the pharmacy area is always bitter, and not pleasant. When they get backed up, they should lean towards waiting on the people present, not on filling the prescriptions…
Appointment was easy to setup. The practitioner met with us in a timely manner. The room was visibly clean and it smelt clean. Our visit was short and the practitioner showed us where to find items in the store to help with treatment.
NP and her nurse were professional and during appointment spent time to fully know my husband's medical history so we could fully address the issue at the appointment.
Online it said they were taking walk-in appointments today. Went there and they told me no walk-in appointments.
