The visit went fine but they screwed up the billing and billed me. It says my son has 2 addition ins, he doesnt, says workers comp case...its my child???, and more. The ins says they billed it incorrectly but after being on the phone all day they refuse to fix it. Ins says they need to contact them...they refuse. If this goes against my childs credit they are getting sued.

Find an alternative! I took my 2 young daughters to this clinic on a Sunday morning for suspected ear infections/sinus infections. We arrived at 10:00, when the clinic opened, and signed in as 7th in line. We were finally seen by the sole RN working 2 1/2 hours later. It took another hour for the visit and receive a prescription. So we were there 3 1/2 hours total. Completely understaffed, and the information gathering process is done inefficiently. Go elsewhere! Just had a horrible time and money wasting experience at this location. Tonya RN is about as informative as a box of rocks. Why any company would staff a clinic with an RN that cannot write a prescription is beyond belief. Then to state that a prescription may be ready in 2 days is a complete waste of time! What am I expected to do for 2 days - go elsewhere?
