The service provider exhibited extreme rudeness and refused to provide any explanations. They displayed a dismissive attitude, informing me that if I was dissatisfied with the situation, I could simply cancel my physical examination. Their demeanor was consistently depressing and unhappy, and they seemed to channel their negative emotions onto me. Throughout my years of obtaining DOT physicals, I have never encountered such an unprofessional and unsatisfactory experience. The disappointment I feel is immeasurable.
I continue to be impressed by the Medway (MA) minute clinic. Not only is it convenient, but the practitioners I've seen have all been first rate.

Great experience at the Medway CVS MinuteClinic
Do not waste your time going here. Went in with a high fever, muscle aches and feeling lousy. NP was dismissive and rude and told me I just had a cold, acted like I was wasting her time. Was diagnosed a few days later at urgent care with pneumonia. Just go directly to urgent care and skip this minute clinic!
