Courteous visit.
The service provider exhibited extreme rudeness and refused to provide any explanations. They displayed a dismissive attitude, informing me that if I was dissatisfied with the situation, I could simply cancel my physical examination. Their demeanor was consistently depressing and unhappy, and they seemed to channel their negative emotions onto me. Throughout my years of obtaining DOT physicals, I have never encountered such an unprofessional and unsatisfactory experience. The disappointment I feel is immeasurable.
I continue to be impressed by the Medway (MA) minute clinic. Not only is it convenient, but the practitioners I've seen have all been first rate.
