Staff here are caring, concerned and friendly
Manda the NP at the Minute Clinic was outstanding with both mama and my scared, sick child. She took time, was patient and empathetic with her. She did not rush through any part of the appointment - was full of compassion and a listening ear all the while providing excellent care. I cannot brag on her enough. I left with zero questions and a calm mama heart and a plan to get my child well!! My child also did not leave crying. If we need help again, we will come here. Manda NP was a great person to take care of my daughter. She treated her with respect and kindness. I wish CVS didn’t work their NPs so hard.
Wife went in for a UTI at 10, they said no walk-ins (?!) and gave her an appointment for 3:10. She saw no one until 3:50. They said they wouldn’t take the insurance she had submitted online for the appointment at around 11. Urgent Care my eye! Ended up driving to NeGA.
