If I could give a zero, i absolutely would. I went to the MinuteClinic at El Dorado and 75 for a routine physical, and it turned into a complete nightmare. They drew blood and left a bruise that still hasn’t healed—over two weeks later. I also received a tetanus shot, only to find out later that my lab work was never picked up. I called and messaged multiple times trying to get a status. The nurse practitioner who handled my visit never once reached out to me, despite being the person I directly contacted. The visit was one of the best visits that I have received in a long time. Professional, courteous, amicable and informative. Both of the practitioners did an amazing job! I wish there were more people like them. The regular store clerks looked bothered when I arrived so it was nice to meet the clinic staff qhen I did.
Minute clinic did an excellent job in providing care. Very professional and respectful staff.
Do not go here. Do not. They drew my blood and mislabeled it on two separate occasions. One time blamed it on the weather. Totally irrelevant. Two times! This required me to go to the lab directly where they charged me for their services. Today, I needed blood drawn again however the provider at the time jabbed me twice and failed to get my blood drawn. She did not know how to do it and was unfamiliar with the equipment.
