Showed up after work at 7:00 and they told me they no longer do service even though online it says walk ins available til 7:30. The Dr was in the bathroom cleaning so I had to ask a sales rep to find her and although there was no line or anyone waiting she refused to help me. She said walk ins end at 7:15 and it was 7:14. Never coming back to this CVS.
CVS has no support staff for the minute clinic. If you are considering the clinic for urgent care or last minute walk in, please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. There were 4 people in the front of an empty store Sunday morning but no one was attending the clinic to even let us know that they aren't taking walk-ins even after asking them. Fantastic experience with Dr.Shah 10/10 5 stars, she’s fantastic. What’s not fantastic is that she has no support, she was running a one woman show for what I could assume was the whole day. No fault to her, but there were 2-3 patients that left, one that was sent from another MinuteClinic, she needs support. She needs a nurse, she needs an assistant, something. You can’t expect her to do 100% of what essentially is a PCP’s office alone! That is unrealistic. CVS needs to get their act together and provide their practitioners... read more
Bina Shah was our provider for my wife and I. She was super sweet, competent, caring, and really made us feel comfortable and supported.
Called to setup an appointment for an elderly person seeking a primary care physician. The Minute Clinic lady who set the appointment said that the Minute Clinic on Lebanon did have a physicians that could be the primary care doctor. We got there and the first thing the nurse said is they they do not treat geriatric patients and also that they don't mess with medicare. I wish the minute clinic phone lady who made the appointment had told us that up front to save us the trip. We basically wasted 1 hour for nothing.
