We scheduled an appointment, came in time and waited for some time just to learn doctors have left early and no one knew if they would be left. This place is not reliable
I booked an appointment for the MinuteClinic. I get there and the waiting room is full. The doctor just never showed up for the day. Apparently this is not the first time this has happened.
It said they are open from 9 - 4:30 on Sundays and I made an appointment a day before. When I showed up I checked in using the screen, few other people also checked in for their appointmenta before me and were waiting. After waiting for 20 minutes, pharmacy employee came up to us and said that Minute clinic is closed since that morning and that patients before us came and left after finding out there are no providers at the clinic. Kenisha Mclennon is so incredible. Our whole family prefers seeing her over our own primary doctors. She is so patient, kind and has excellent bedside manners with both adults and children alike. Highly recommend coming here instead of urgent care when you're in a pinch! (Especially with the added convenience of being able to walk away with any prescribed medications.)
