The practitioner and everyone there was kind. However, I wish I was warned of how much labs would cost. I got a 1000 bill I wasn't expecting.
I had made on-line appointments for my husband myself. We were contacted and in patient rooms within minutes of our checking in. The process was seamless and Julie, my nurse, was excellent. Highly recommend the Minute Clinic at our CVS at Guadalupe and Crismon.
The 9950 Guadalupe CVS location was super disappointing. I have been to multiple locations and this one was a 180 experience. The pharmacy tech was rude (I was standing under the sign that stated "Vaccine Check In") and he claimed I didn't go to the right place. I showed him my appointment verification and he directed me to the clinic instead. More importantly the nurse herself was extremely disrespectful.
