The 9950 Guadalupe CVS location was super disappointing. I have been to multiple locations and this one was a 180 experience. The pharmacy tech was rude (I was standing under the sign that stated "Vaccine Check In") and he claimed I didn't go to the right place. I showed him my appointment verification and he directed me to the clinic instead. More importantly the nurse herself was extremely disrespectful. I went to this "clinic" to have earwax removed on 1/29/25 and saw Jennifer Roan. She squirted water in my ear for about 10 minutes and was unable to unplug the wax. She gave up and tried nothing else thereafter. I went to my doctors office 8 days later and, using something like a nut pick, had the wax removed in under 5 minutes. For this failure to clear, Minuteclinic billed Medicare and my supplement $565 of which I get to pay $90.91. When I called to inquire about possibly reducing this amount or forgiving based on their l... read more
