This particular Minute Clinic off Guadalupe and Crismon was great. The entire process was simple, comfortable, straightforward and the staff ensure you are updated on where you are in the process. I appreciate they were able to see me as a walkin, no appointment needed. They don't rush you, listen to your entire chief complaint and when you are seen by the NP, she does listen and objectively explains why she has given you a particular diagnosis. Filling the prescription was easy and done within minutes.
Horrible experience at MinuteClinic due to misleading wait times and poor communication. I added my daughter to the walk-in waitlist online and was quoted a 90-minute wait. After waiting over THREE HOURS, I was finally told by the only staff member working that appointments take priority and that I would only be seen if an appointment patient didn’t show up. Unbelievable rude provider
Scheduled two MinuteClinic appointments for this morning. Drove all the way from Phoenix to Mesa after the CVS Health app confirmed everything—emails, texts, the whole routine. And yet, when we arrived and waited, the clinic area was completely empty. Neither the pharmacists nor the retail manager had any idea whether anyone was even scheduled to work. Come on, CVS—this isn’t acceptable.
