Scheduled two MinuteClinic appointments for this morning. Drove all the way from Phoenix to Mesa after the CVS Health app confirmed everything—emails, texts, the whole routine. And yet, when we arrived and waited, the clinic area was completely empty. Neither the pharmacists nor the retail manager had any idea whether anyone was even scheduled to work. Come on, CVS—this isn’t acceptable.
MinuteClinuc at CVS on Crimson and Guadalupe was easy to get appointment. Clinic was clean and well organized. Check in was professional and courteous; NPT was professional and very knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. I would highly recommend this clinic.

The doctor did not listen to the symptoms I was explaining. I told her what I thought was wrong and explained all the symptoms. She disregarded what I was saying and didn't seem to listen as she repeated things we had already discussed. She insisted that everything looked fine and proceeded to give me advice which I later found was counterproductive to my treatment. I went to another doctor the following week.
