My second visit to Minute Clinic and I’m pleased with service that was provided. I have insurance, but I have a high deductible and I hardly go to the doctors because I’m pretty healthy so recently I had a health scare and I wanted to avoid paying out-of-pocket. I had no appointment and I was told by the kiosk that I would have to wait 30 minutes. I was seen a lot quicker, got cared for and received my results the next day with the follow up call. Fast, convenient and great service! I was in and out within 40 minutes as my pharmacy is at the same CVS. I could not ask for anything better!
It was my first time here and was pleasantly surprised by the privacy, professionalism and efficiency demonstrated by the check-in process and the onsite clinician. It's best to get an appointment online before you show up.
