Practitioner was coughing and sneezing, put gloves on but no mask or hand washing. Was the day prior when i was on a waitlist to make an appointment for the following day even though the clinic was empty when i arrived. At the day of appointment was asked if I would like her to schedule an additional appointment for the follow up TB test reading which I was appreciative of.
