I dont know whats up. I did overhear that np was training and the other wasnt doing anything. Wasted an hr. I canceled it and left. Then I realized they had only virtual appointments. Go to another minute clinic its a hit and miss these days smh
Completely unorganized in how they handle appointments/walk in’s. I had an appt for my sick type 1 diabetic son and was running to close to time of the appointment with getting his little brother from school first. So I canceled my appt online and it said the current estimated time for walk-in’s was 30 min. So I got him up there as fast as I could and signed him in on the kiosk. The wait times are ridiculous. If I make an appointment I expect to be seen then, not over an hour later.
Avoid this clinic at all costs. Even if you’ve booked an appointment, the waiting time is incredibly long due to their extremely slow service.
DO NOT GO HERE!!! I waited over an HOUR and had to leave bc I had to go to WORK. THEY DONT RESPECT YOUR TIME
