Been there 3-4 times. Great people and excellent care. I did have to wait past and appointment once due to people ahead of me, but that is common at the Dr.s office too. JN
I had 4 pm appointment, came 15 minimum early, and two walk ins that came after me got taken first. Completely disorganised. If you have scheduled patients show up for appointments why walk ins that came after me got to go first?
I've been sitting here for 50 min and still have yet to be seen by the actual provider. The nurse argued with me telling me my pcp needs to do something about my 119/82 BP when I'm here for an illness and was rude about it not even to mention last time I had an ear infection and they didn't give me the right antibiotics so I had to go to another appt to get the right medication costing me more money overall probably should have went to another place but that's my fault I suppose
I dont know whats up. I did overhear that np was training and the other wasnt doing anything. Wasted an hr. I canceled it and left. Then I realized they had only virtual appointments. Go to another minute clinic its a hit and miss these days smh
Completely unorganized in how they handle appointments/walk in’s. I had an appt for my sick type 1 diabetic son and was running to close to time of the appointment with getting his little brother from school first. So I canceled my appt online and it said the current estimated time for walk-in’s was 30 min. So I got him up there as fast as I could and signed him in on the kiosk.
