I love this clinic! Never had a bad experience with any of the staff, they are all lovely, however Jada stands out as a personal favorite for me. She is knowledgeable, quick, efficient, kind, caring, thorough, and personable; a real gem in healthcare.
DO NOT GO TO THIS CVS MINUTE CLINIC! She spent 5 minutes with me, was extremely rude, passive aggressive, and did nothing for me. AWFUL. INSURANCE FRAUD. Fast forward- now they are attempting to bill my insurance hundreds of dollars for a 5 minute visit. Not to mention I had to go to another urgent care. Guess what- I had a massive ear infection and strep. They prescribed me antibiotics. This "nurse practitioner" told me to clean out my ears and come back, gave me a strep test, and charged $300.00 for it. The test came back ... read more
