The only appointment available today was at 6:50 pm. Walk ins are available at this location. I came to check in and was given a wait time of up to 100 mins. After one patient went back and I waited for about 20 minutes the doctor came out and called the patient who checked in after me. Then the doctor told me she would not see me today. This provider at the clinic is exceptional!
Horrible service I was the only one there and the lady Renee won’t see me cause she had to go to lunch. She came outside ask my name, I said my name she said font know why the computer told you to wait? It’s my lunch time . For a tb test ! Horrible
It took 15 minutes after check in to get a confirmation text. 60 minutes later, still no communication even though no one else was waiting, nor was anyone being seen. There was also no option to specify my problem at check in; all I needed was steroids for poison ivy.
The clinician was friendly and professional. The clinic was very clean. The minute clinic is convenient with my busy schedule.
