Our family just used the Minute Clinic for the first time to have our son's sports physical done and we were very pleased with the whole experience!
I had the occasion to go to the Springfield Minute Clinic. Although I arrived 15 minutes to closing, the physician practiciner saw me. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to discuss as if I was at a regular doctor appointment. Rather than wait another day for an appointment, my needs were well taken care of conveniently. Thanks so much.
the lab tech at the old keene mill CVS was uninformed and unfriendly. if you visit there, don't expect to have any questions answered or to have any dialogue, even if you are the only customer. just sit there, don't speak unless spoken to, and await your results. be prepared to answer the same question multiple times and possibly be told to "keep quiet." if you do have any questions you can "google it"; she won't know anything or be curious enough to have a back and forth. minute clinic needs to screen these folks better if ... read more
