my wife came in on a walk in and her walk in was approved with a 30-60 minute wait which she understood given it was a sunday morning. 90 minutes later the doctor told her that she actually won’t be able to fit her in today and that she believes she called for her earlier but didn’t answer which makes no sense since my wife was sitting at the minute clinic outside the doctors door for the entire time. absolutely awful and unprofessional would recommend everybody to avoid this place
Ms. Kim is always professional, responsible, and very knowledgeable. I truly appreciate the care and skill she provides.
We saw an amazing provider at the Minute Clinic who was so kind to my kids and provided the care they needed.
