They will keep you waiting while the “doctor” is literally watching videos on her phone, you can hear it through the door. Unprofessional.
I have come here several times throughout the years for motion sickness and travel consultation. Today Tammy the NP was the worst professional I had seen. I should have known when she went to purchase a snack while there were patients waiting something was off. I got motion sickness a few days before and I knew a patch would be needed for an upcoming trip as the dramamine was not going to cut it.
