Sumair Schwani the nurse practitioner at this facility is rude provider. He is dismissive and unprofessional. He made a lie up that he cannot fill out my school form during my annual physical and there will be a charge. Told me to call a number to clarify and when I did they stated this is included with a physical exam and should be filled out by your provider. He still refused to fill it out without charging me when I have insurance. I think he is a thief and wanted to steal my money at this point. I will not return to this... read more
I am very happy and grateful for this service...
I was told I had to wait 7 days from onset of sinus infection symptoms before I would be prescribed an antibiotic. I have never heard of this before. I went back to the clinic today, because the nurse said it would be simple, someone would read her notes and I would get my antibiotic, I was told I needed re assessment by the other person there, which means more money. Just give me my medicine. Complete BS abd money hungry. Never again!
Great customer service and bedside manner! Same day appointments meant I was able to get my prescription the same day and on my way to feeling better!
