This was a great experience to be able to walk in and because of position that understood a situation where we didn’t have insurance and she provided us with a better solution because of the issue we were there for. I felt like I was shown compassion and I really needed that after the nightmare I had earlier with a different urgent care
What’s the point of scheduling an appointment to have it changed to another day. I come in for my Sunday appointment at 11:10 and a few walk ins get seen before me as I get pushed down the list. Total waste of time
I had an appointment at 11:20 didn’t get seen till 11:51. They were no help.
