I asked when I arrived if they were in my insurance network and was assured that they were. One month later I received a $249 bill from MinuteClinic saying my insurance company denied their claim because they Are Not in the network. I feel they are very dishonest and will tell you anything just to get you to stay so they can bill you.
The CVS itself is well kept and clean. I had a great experience with the clinic. I only waited about 5 minutes before Tracy called me in. She treated me with courtesy, and listened to my symptoms. She clearly explained the different procedures we might need to take to clear up my ear wax. She also gave me suggestions for monitoring and treating it in the future. I've had MDs treat me like a nuisance. I am now a big fan of NPs.
Nurse Practitioner Ismelda Serna, NP at MinuteClinic on Bellaire was very helpful and provided a high level of care. Also appreciated that I was in and out of the clinic in 15 minutes. I have no hesitation recommending the Bellaire CVS Minute Clinic, and Nurse Practitioner Ismelda Serna.
Registered and no one was seen going in or out for more than 1.5 hours. Call center could not reach anyone that works at the Clinic. Totally useless and waste of time. I have been seen in an emergency room and processed faster. Would not even allow a complaint to be lodged.
Top notch service, knowledgeable nurse practitioner who was personable and pleasant. Quick service and very efficient. Thanks Ismelda!
