Made a waitlist appointment, waited an hour, then they decided they aren’t taking people who are already on the waitlist anymore, but don’t bother to actually communicate that via the text system. Waste of time, go somewhere else.
Walked in, checked in, sat for an hour to be told they’re not doing walks ins today. Is this a joke? Why is it an option then? Why did I just drive here and wait an hour? It said estimated 50 minute wait when I checked in, apparently that’s a lie. Insane.
There ability to manage their appointments is almost criminal. I get variability in Dr appointments, but to put out notice to show in 55 minutes, and then wait 3 hours after that to be seen is an absolute joke. Go to online service or another place unless you want to sit next to sick people, way too close, for three hours.
Excellent service. Highly recommend.
