Go anywhere else. 0 stars. Prescribed me wrong and I suffered painful side effects. Then told me they can’t help me get a new med and hung up on me. Not only a waste of my time and money but I actually got worse under their care, and then turned away.
Absolutely terrible automated phone service. Can't possibly talk to a real person without jumping through a bunch of hoops and getting hung up on.
Carolyn has probably the worst bedside manner of any nurse or provider I've ever seen. Considering the other poor reviews naming her, I'm shocked she's still allowed to be working at this location, but I suppose places are desperate for staff. If your job literally revolves around caring for sick, scared or uncomfortable people, and you cannot somehow find it in you to conduct yourself in anything other than this rude and nasty manner, I would consider a different profession or retiring. I had the most incredible experience. I had pre registered but I drove to cvs, I was seen, tested for strep, diagnosed positive, got my Rx fill and was back home in 48 minutes. Lightning fast and just the most pleasant minute clinic person.
DONT GO HERE. They charged me $300 for an ear cleaning, there's no reason it should cost that much, it was $50 3 years ago.
