Garbage customer service. Can’t get through to an actual person.
Run in the other direction. The nurse practitioner here diagnosed and prescribed me antibiotics without running a single test. I ended up in urgent care because I was misdiagnosed and mistreated. This woman is incompetent, I can't say for the rest of their care staff, but I can't imagine it's much better.
