We called the toll-free number and were apparently double booked by the gentleman who answered the phone. We came in and the doctor agreed to see us after hearing about our situation. Gerri was fabulous — very understanding, kind, professional, and accommodating! Thank you!
The nurse that got my vital signs and the nurse practitioner that saw me were both friendly, polite and very knowledgeable. They listened to all my concerns.
