Waited an hour for my appointment just to be told I can’t be seen and she’s done for the day. What is the point in making an appointment just so I wouldn’t be seen and waste an hour of my life. Irritated and disappointed to say the least.
Went for a TB test. First appt was scheduled for 11:40 and I didn’t get seen until 12:15. Second appointment I arrived at 2:35 for my 2:40 appt. The practitioner didn’t arrive back from lunch until 2:45 and took a long time getting me back into the room. When I was seen at 2:55 she was rude and short.
Wait time wasn't long, Practitioner was very professional friendly and took her time with me. I would definitely recommend!
Very useful and needed if you need to get something done ASAP. However, the only glow that I wished they had more staff available at the time I went instead of one person
