I sat in the waiting room for almost an hour. I was ignored and then they told me the system was down. I had bonnet the lady for a no reading and had to go to urgent care after waiting. If they would have made the announcement that the system was down earlier I could have gotten help at another facility!!
The clinic double booked an entire day, when it was finally my turn to be seen over an hour late, the provider refuses because it would take too long and she didn't want to stay late.
Nurse practitioner was very thorough when checking my throat and ears. She found my issue and I’m feeling better 24 hours later👍
The practitioner really shows concern about my health issues. She listen and very attentive. Has many years experience. She makes sure before I go that she has addressed all my concerns.
