Great fast quick service I recommend cvs minute clinic ~~ excellent service
genuinely just not a good experience and beyond slow, i am never someone to leave a bad review or complain but ive tried going to this minute clinic many times and have never been seen within the time frame of my appointment, both times ive been in the past week it’s taken at last an hour, hour and a half before i was seen.
What a waste of people’s time. Don’t bother going
If I can give negative stars I would. This is a minute clinic, there should be no reason a visit takes over 30 minutes and if that’s the case then those appointments should be scheduled appropriately. My appointment was 13:30, I checked in at 1315, there’s two clients ahead of me and it’s currently 13:42. Lunch is at 14:00-15:00 and I’m certain they will be taking their lunch while not addressing their ineptness. As a medial professional, this is unacceptable. I have had a lot of DOT physicals where the practitioners make you feel like a job, this CVS made me feel like I was the only patient.
