I will recommend this place to anyone looking for same services. The attendant was respectful, knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. She made me relax and comfortable while attending to me. She knew what she was doing. She asked the right relevant questions. Due to the way she transacted, I made up my mind to return to the same location for annual physical test. I was glad I chose CVS for this task; especially that location. The cost was the cheapest I got compared to other places. Thank you
The Dr. took my concerns seriously and didn’t brush it off as allergies. She was welcoming and explained everything clearly. The room was clean and comfortable. I would recommend going here.
My appointment was scheduled for 5:40 PM. I arrived at 5:35 PM but was unable to check in using the machine. I considered asking someone for help, but all the doors were silently closed. About 10 minutes later, someone opened a door, and I immediately asked her for assistance. She asked for my name and then told me I was late, noting that the appointment was only 10 minutes long. The nurse practitioner we saw made a simple billing mistake at the end of our visit but when asked about it, lied and said that prices had increased due to tariffs. If you can't trust a nurse practitioner to admit, and correct, a simple billing error on their part, how can you trust them to make correct medical decisions and be honest? After this interaction, I would never use this Minute Clinic again and I advise others to stay away as well.
APN Ofori was very patient and took her time with me even though it was just for a DOT physical, been coming for a couple years now .
