I used Minute Clinic in Chicago at Addison & Broadway for the first time to help a neighbor having trouble with his hearing loss due to an ear wax build up. The process from easily scheduling an appt the same day, zero wait time at the clinic, cleanliness of the facility, staff politeness and concern for my issue, and excellent care resolving the nedical issue were AMAZING! I would definitely recommend using a Minute Clinic!

CVS Minute Clinic on Southport was wonderful! I met with Jennifer, NP, who took great great care with me to diagnose my current condition. I TOTALLY suggest you go to this location.
Easy, convenient, and quick! The entire process from booking an appt, checking in, and seeing the doctor was so efficient. I found and appointment same day and they sent me texts on when to check in and to notify them when I got there so there was no wait time at all. The doctor was friendly and empathic and knowledgeable and took enough time with me, but still the process was fast enough that I got the care I needed without having taking up my entire afternoon.
