Great service with a compassionate and knowledgeable professional.
I'm am disappointed with this Minute Clinic location. I had a visit with JOAN FADONUGBO-KUTON for my annual vaccines and a travel consultation. I confirmed this location is in network with my BCBS of Illinois insurance, yet today I still receive a bill for over $700. I paid out of pocket for the travel consultation as I understood that would not be covered by insurance, but insurance did not pay for the vaccines. It's not clear to me who dropped the ball here - Minute Clinic or BCBS of IL.
I made an appointment online for a DOT physical. Arrived on time and it became apparent the one nurse practitioner was running way behind despite only a few people ahead of me. After about 90 minutes, I was seen. The NP seemed very overwhelmed. The exam room was a complete mess. What is normally a 20 minute exam, took well over an hour as she struggled to go over all the necessary steps. I came during my lunch break since a previous location actually respected appointment times. My appointment was at 12:30, and I even arrived 5 minutes early. I ended up waiting 30 minutes, and someone who sat down after me was taken in first. This location is very disorganized!what’s the point of scheduling an appointment if they take walk-ins before those who booked ahead?
