Went in for a Flu and COVID shots. Everything went VERY well, and VERY quickly. Ossiea the NP, was great
Unfortunately, we keep striking out when using this location. Last week we arrived as a walk in only to be greeted by a sign that said "Closed. Sorry for the inconvenience." They are allowing walk ins I tried again on 8/5 to seek medical care. Mind you this service is covered %100 by my insurance which is why I keep going back. They say that walk ins are welcome and when I arrived they said if I didn't schedule an appointment then I am not getting seen. They said they don't have enough staff. I was made to wait over 39 minutes even though I had an appt. The NP wasn’t seeing anyone before me. She sat in her office alone. When she finally called me in she only told me how to self treat for an upper respiratory infection which is what I had been doing for over 10 days before scheduling an appt. She wouldn’t prescribe any meds. What a joke
This minute clinic is a disaster. I had an appointment and arrived 30 minutes early. They took 5 patients who arrived after me and after their appointed time and didn't have the common courtesy to apologize. I did not see the provider for an hour and a half. The provider could care less about my illness and didn't listen to my symptoms properly. She was very arrogant and uncaring.
