I went in for a TB skin test at CVS Pharmacy and had a great experience overall. I initially walked in because I had read online that walk-ins were welcome, but when I arrived there was a sign on the kiosk saying an appointment was required and walk-ins weren’t available. I ended up scheduling one for later that day, and when I came back, I didn’t wait more than five minutes to be seen. Once I had my appointment, everything was super quick and convenient. This place is the worst minute clinic I’ve ever been to the doctor and her assistance are both taking a break while I am sitting here waiting to be seen damn to such people who don’t have any humanity
Quick easy
I currently have strep throat as I am writing this, but I came in at 5-530 after speaking with an employee on the phone stating walk in visiting is open and available. I sat in the lobby for 2 1/2 hours waiting to be seen by an employee just to be turned away at 730. At no point did this human being bother to interact with me to provide me with an info on the status of my appointment.
