Don’t go out of your way to come to this place. If you’re passing by, you can check whether it’s open. The MinuteClinic here is honestly very disappointing — it shows as open, but when you get there, it’s actually closed. There’s no way to contact anyone in charge, just a generic customer service number.
Well I’ll be damned, I never had a more pleasant experience in a CVS or with the medical establishment for that matter. I have no medical insurance - I suspected I had strep throat & an ear infection. I called an ENT - $150 to look at my ear, $350 to look at my throat, plus labs and medicine. I went to a CityMD - $250 to be seen, plus unspecified $$$ for lab work and the test would take 3-5 days, which I did not have. If I could give zero starts I would. The clinic staff regularly don’t show up and they do lot notify you as a customer. You show up and there’s just no one there. No one to help. No explanation. It’s totally unacceptable. 4 of us had to walk out with no one able to help us.
