I had one of the worst healthcare experiences I’ve ever had at CVS MinuteClinic in Astoria. I’ve visited MinuteClinic several times before and always considered it a reliable option for quick checkups and preventive screenings, which made this experience even more disappointing. Had an appointment at 8:40 am and the NP Didn’t show up until close to 10 am. There were many other patients waiting with early appointments. According to the employees, the provider shows up late every single day…: so why offer early appointment slots???? Minute clinic… more like hours clinic
