The nurse practitioner was very friendly and helpful. She made us feel comfortable, and even showed us what to buy at the drugstore.

1 star because I can't give 0 Went with tonsilitis while on a trip to NY. I have at least 3 times a year. Swabbed my throat, told me I didn't have it. Spent 2 days and a plane ride home in agony. Went straight to my GP who prescribed antibiotics for severe tonsillitis. Would not recommend, $200 dollars for an incorrect diagnosis!!!!!!
I had a vaccine appointment here, and the experience was excellent. The staff were friendly, professional, and efficient — they even took me in 10 minutes early! Everything was organized and smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend this MinuteClinic for their outstanding service!
