Excellent experience here from scheduling to prescription fulfillment. I reserved a spot online for the wait list. On arrival I was greeted by the practitioner, Anna, and was assured I'd be seen asap. Wait time was about 1/2 hour, which I feel is reasonable without an appointment. Anna was efficient and knowledgeable and knew how to handle my concerns. I was able to submit a sample for analysis and get initial results immediately that allowed her to prescribe medication. I’ve visited this MinuteClinic location several times, and I’m often disappointed when I see that Anna Robinson is the provider. She tends to come across as rushed and dismissive, does not offer clear or definitive explanations, and lacks empathy. Her approach can make patients feel uncomfortable or discouraged from seeking care. As a student preparing for a career in medicine, she is the epitome of what I do not want to be as a healthcare provider.
There’s a reason their reviews are so bad! These people LIE! Their website says walk-ins welcome. I’m rode my motorcycle all the way down there and she said they wouldn’t take me! These so called health professionals don’t care about anything but the almighty dollar- no care or concern for patients at all. The nasty lady working 5pm 12/27 was rude and should not ever be in the business of taking care of people, she is only concerned that they closed a half hour after my arrival. If I could give zero stars I would give it They shouldn’t say walking welcome if they don’t take walking It says hours are until 7:30 and we went at 6 pm The provider came out and says she is done for the day Even though there were no patients .. when we ask this says open till 7:30 .. rudely says yeah I know am still closing
