I had a very bad experience with the minute one clinic at Goodyear location. I had booked an appointment with them today morning for 5 pm and got a message confirmation to my phone number. When I arrived at 5 and tried to check in at their screen it did not let me in. When I asked the person who was there he said he was the person who does tb test and said he is closing and can take no appointments. If he doesn't want us there why did we get a confirmation?? Don’t bother checking in 20 mins early for your appointment! They’ll just call back someone that checked in 10 mins after you at your appointment time instead
I have been coming to this Minute Clinic for years to get my annual TB test (required for work). Healthcare professionals are always pleasant and answer my questions thoroughly. They are quick and efficient with their tasks and I am out the door in no time. Thank you!
