Error after error! Cancelled appointment, wrote wrong date for TB check! Very unorganized, unsanitary, terrible customer service!
The only place in Phoenix, AZ that would give me a covid 19 shot without a prescription. Arlene, the nurse practioner, was a perfect example of how any employee should treat a patient- warm, friendly, empathetic and professional.
Turned away. Waited 45 minutes (which is fine because we were a walk-in). My son was having tightness with breathing. Without checking vitals, the physician says, “well, I could check him out and give him antibiotics, but because his lungs hurt, it could be pneumonia, I don’t want it to come back on me that I didn’t recommend a higher level of care. So I’d feel better about him going to an emergency room.” Turned out he just needed steroid to help with his asthma while fighting a cold.
We had to drive a long distance to this clinic as other pharmacies near us don’t offer a COVID vaccine without a prescription. The clinic was clean and the practitioner was friendly and did a get job for us.
Always had a good experience here, they always took my insurance and gave me the service no problem. One day I go and a different worker (Rupa Kneip) is there than I am used to and I go to get the same service and I was told my insurance didn’t pay for it all when prior it has always been fully covered. I was then given a bill online to pay for my visit that day, then a month later my insurance lets me know I shouldn’t have needed to pay anything and that it was fully covered.
